What make the instructions to this easy puff pastry pizza recipe different from the Pioneer Woman puff pastry pizza is that the puff pastry is wrapped like a strudel and the center of the pastry is stuffed with the pizza ingredients.

This recipe was inspired by a vacation we took with the family. When we arrived home from our vacation, I looked around to find something I could make quickly. In the freezer I found puff pastry, as well as tomatoes, mozzarella and some anchovies in the fridge.
