Chop red onion and pepper. Combine. Add oil, lime juice and cilantro and mix well. Let sit.
1 tbsp olive oil, ½ cup red bell pepper, ½ small red onion, 2 sprigs cilantro, 2 tbsp lime juice, salt and pepper
Season salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake or air fry for 8 to 10 minutes or until done. (Cook time will depend on size and thickness of your salmon)
24 oz Salmon Fillets, salt and pepper, 3 tbsp olive oil
Plate the salmon and spoon the salsa over the salmon. Enjoy!

In this recipe, I like to use frozen mangos. Frozen mangos are guaranteed to be sweet and ripe which makes it perfect for salsa recipes.
