Salmon with Mango Salsa

Instructions

  • Preheat oven or air fryer to 425 degrees F.
  • Cube the mango or defrost if using frozen mango.
  • Chop red onion and pepper. Combine.
  • Add oil, lime juice and cilantro and mix well. Let sit.
  • Season salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake or air fry for 8 to 10 minutes or until done.
  • Plate the salmon and spoon the salsa over the salmon. Enjoy!
