Preheat oven or air fryer to 425 degrees F.
Cube the mango or defrost if using frozen mango.
Chop red onion and pepper. Combine.
Add oil, lime juice and cilantro and mix well. Let sit.
Season salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake or air fry for 8 to 10 minutes or until done.
Plate the salmon and spoon the salsa over the salmon. Enjoy!
