Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Plain asparagus isn't that much fun, but this Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus will make you love asparagus so much that it will be your favorite vegetable side dish.

Ingredients

  • 450 grams Asparagus a bunch of asparagus
  • 6 slices of Prosciutto
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil Spray

Instructions

  • Wash the asparagus
  • Cut the tough bottom white ends of the spears off.
  • Cut the prosciutto slices in half.
  • Lay 3 to 4 prosciutto slices on a slice and roll up the prosciutto and spears together slightly shifting the spears so that the prosciutto covers the spears diagonally.
  • Place spears on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  • Once all asparagus have been wrapped and are on the baking sheet, spray lightly with olive oil.
  • Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes or until tender.
