Equipment

Ingredients

3 tbsp olive oil or fat of your choice
3 cloves garlic minced
½ onion chopped
½ tsp Italian Seasoning
salt and pepper
24 oz skinless chicken breast 4 pieces
½ sundried tomatoes
1½ cups full fat cream
¼ cup parmesan cheese
2 cups baby spinach

Instructions

Heat olive oil in pan and sauté garlic, add onion and sauté until translucent.
3 tbsp olive oil, 3 cloves garlic , ½ onion
Season chicken and place in pan and brown on both sides until cooked. Transfer to another plate.
½ tsp Italian Seasoning, 24 oz skinless chicken breast, salt and pepper
Add sun dried tomatoes, spinach, cream and parmesan cheese. Stir to combine. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
½ sundried tomatoes, 1½ cups full fat cream, ¼ cup parmesan cheese
Return chicken to pan and simmer until chicken is warmed through. Remove from heat and serve.

Top Tips

Using frozen chopped spinach and boneless chicken breast or chicken breast pieces in this creamy Tuscan chicken recipe will make prepping this meal even quicker.

Whether you use fresh or frozen chicken, consider removing the skin from the chicken. This makes eating it a lot healthier and easier than having to cut away the chicken skin while you eat.

Non Dairy Substitutions:

Cheese - chopped cashews

Cream - full fat coconut milk (Add at the very end once chicken is in skillet and warm. Do not simmer or bring to boil as coconut cream will curdle)
