12ozbaguette350g baguette or french stick, warmed up
Instructions
Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet and add olive oil, garlic, red onion, salt and pepper. Mix well. Roast at 400℉ for 20 minutes.
1 lb grape tomatoes, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 clove garlic, ½ small red onion, salt and pepper
Remove from oven and add white wine vinegar.

Carefully transfer the tomatoes to a serving platter and scoop the pesto sauce over. Mixing is optional. Add Burrata on top.
3 tbsp pesto sauce, 8½ oz burrata
Drizzle more olive oil on top (optional). Add a few fresh basil leaves.
⅓ cup olive oil, 4-5 fresh basil leaves
Serve while it is still warm (recommended), and use a knife to break open the burrata in front of your family or guests.

Top Tips
Olive Oil - remember to add more olive oil before serving.Serving - serve warm and break open the cheese with a sharp knife letting it ooze out of it's shell in front of your family or guests.Bread - serve with a French Stick or a Baguette that's been lightly toasted and sliced.
