  • Lightly roast the almonds at 350° F for 5 to 6 minutes. Let cool.
  • Place whole almonds in a food processor and turn on the food processor.
  • Let food processor run for 5 minutes, occasionally scraping down the bowl.
  • Continue to run the food processor, scraping occasionally.
  • It might seem like the mixture will never turn into nut butter, but it will, be patient. It will take almost 10 minutes for the nut butter to form.
  • Once the nut butter has turned into a smooth liquid, add in salt, spices and any other ingredients.
  • Mix again to combine the ingredients.
  • Transfer to a mason jar and store sealed int he refrigerator.
