Tuna and Tomato Salad

The best summer salad hands down is one made of Tuna and Tomato. Add a couple of little extra ingredients and you've got a quick and easy lunch.
Not only is the Tuna and Tomato Salad easy to make but it's healthy and a lunch you can have if you are on Whole30.

Instructions

  • Slice onions and soak in water.
  • Slice tomatoes and place in a salad bowl
  • Place Tuna on top and add onions. Discard water.
  • In a small bowl mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  • Drizzle dressing over salad.
  • Sprinkle capers on top.
  • Mix and enjoy immediately.
