  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • Prepare a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
  • Combine oil, salt herbs and spices in a small bowl.
  • Place the chopped kale in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour the oil mixture over the kale and mix with a spoon or your hands ensuring that all the leaves are covered with the oil mixture.
  • Pour the kale on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until crispy. Check on them after 9 minutes to determine if they need more baking time.
