Ingredients

Brussel Sprouts

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil to coat brussel sprouts for grilling

Dressing

Instructions

  • Warm up your barbecue and set it at medium.
  • Wash and cut your brussel sprouts in half. Place them in a bowl
  • Par boil your brussel sprouts in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Drain and dry them with a paper towel.
  • Lightly coat them with olive oil
  • Place a grilling pan on your barbecue and place the brussel sprouts in the grill pan.
  • Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on each side and use a grilling tongue to flip them.

Dressing

  • Combine garlic, seasoning, oil and vinegar in a bowl and mix
  • Pour over grilled brussel sprouts
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley over the brussel sprouts and toss

Notes

To roast them in the oven:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, lightly season them and cook for about 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and dress with balsamic vinaigrette. Garnish with parsley and serve.
