Preheat oven to 350ºF
Wash, peel and cut apples
Combine apples with filling ingredients in a small bowl and mix.
Combine crumble ingredients and mix well to combine all ingredients including butter
Place apple mixture in a baking dish
Top with Crumble topping
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving at least 30 minutes.
Top with vanilla ice-cream and serve.
