Maple Bacon Dry Rub
- ½ tbsp chicken seasoning (like Keg Chicken and Rib seasoning)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Maple Bacon Seasoning (e.g. La Grille brand)
- ¼ cups olive oil
Baking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Alcan Aluminum Slide foil. Set aside. If you don't have Slide aluminum foil, grease your foil.
Mix seasoning together for whichever flavour you are going to make. I usually divide all the wings into three and make three different types of seasonings, just for variation. Rub seasoning through chicken wings, let stand for about 20 minutes.
Bake uncovered for about 45 to 50 minutes. You know they are done when they look crispy and they are bubbling from underneath - about 45 minutes. If they start to burn on the top, cover with foil and continue cooking until done.
Air Fry Instructions:
Follow steps 1 to 2 above.
Lay chicken wings flat in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 to 25 minutes, flipping half way.
