  • 2 lbs chicken wings

Maple Bacon Dry Rub

  • ½ tbsp chicken seasoning (like Keg Chicken and Rib seasoning)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Maple Bacon Seasoning (e.g. La Grille brand)
  • ¼ cups olive oil

Smokey Paprika Dry Rub

Parmesan Garlic Dry Rub

Baking Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Alcan Aluminum Slide foil. Set aside. If you don't have Slide aluminum foil, grease your foil.
  • Mix seasoning together for whichever flavour you are going to make. I usually divide all the wings into three and make three different types of seasonings, just for variation. Rub seasoning through chicken wings, let stand for about 20 minutes.
  • Bake uncovered for about 45 to 50 minutes. You know they are done when they look crispy and they are bubbling from underneath - about 45 minutes. If they start to burn on the top, cover with foil and continue cooking until done.

Air Fry Instructions:

  • Follow steps 1 to 2 above.
  • Lay chicken wings flat in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 to 25 minutes, flipping half way.
