Puff Pastry Pizza Bread

This Puff Pastry Pizza Bread recipe is easy to make and makes a great appetizer or side dish for any meal. If you don't like anchovies, real simple don't add them!

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Roll out puff pastry. Section the puff pastry into three sections lengthwise.
  • On the outer panels make slits diagonally all the way to the outer edges. (see Image 1). Layer mozzarella and tomato in centre of pastry.
  • Layer any other ingredients. Fold sides to enclose mozzarella tomato layer making a crisscross design. Combine glaze ingredients and brush on top of pastry.
  • If you have been working with the puff pastry for a while, place in fridge for 30 minutes until it hardens up again. Place in 425 degree pre-heated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
