Puff Pastry Pizza Bread
This Puff Pastry Pizza Bread recipe is easy to make and makes a great appetizer or side dish for any meal. If you don't like anchovies, real simple don't add them!

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Roll out puff pastry. Section the puff pastry into three sections lengthwise.
On the outer panels make slits diagonally all the way to the outer edges. (see Image 1). Layer mozzarella and tomato in centre of pastry.
Layer any other ingredients. Fold sides to enclose mozzarella tomato layer making a crisscross design. Combine glaze ingredients and brush on top of pastry.
If you have been working with the puff pastry for a while, place in fridge for 30 minutes until it hardens up again. Place in 425 degree pre-heated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
